At JS Fashion, we strive to provide every customer with an easy and secure shopping experience. Please read the following terms before completing your order.
Orders and Confirmation
The order is confirmed after communication and full payment or a deposit, depending on the type of order.
Customized orders require a deposit to confirm execution and cannot be canceled once work has started.
Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, while customized orders take 5 to 10 business days.
Cash on delivery is available within the UAE only.
Payment and Special Orders Policy
All orders are processed after full payment, and we do not accept installment plans or partial payments.
Delivery
Delivery is available within and outside the UAE through authorized shipping companies.
JS Fashion is not responsible for any delays after the order has been handed over to the shipping company.
Exchange and Return
Exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of receiving the item, provided it is in its original condition and has not been used or washed.
Refunds are only available if the error is on our part (such as sending a different size or color).
In other cases, compensation is provided with another item or a store credit of the same value.
Discounted or custom-made items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
The customer bears the shipping costs for exchanges unless the error is on our part.
